Rocky Hargensen is the adopted twin brother of Chris Hargensen. He was originally born in the tiny town of Chamberlain, Maine but hasn't set foot there since she was barely two years old. Now, at nearly 17 years old, he is returning to Chamberlain with his parents who has accepted a job as the new student at Ewen High School.
