Josephine Scott, Aurora Jameson, Wyatt Jude, Zach and Cora Seawright are five sophomores from Plentywood, Montana are just living their lives the best they can until Josephine's boyfriend, Owen Gretchen is killed. His mother is arrested for the murder but it doesn't make sense to the five. When more and more murders appear throughout the town and the friendgroup decides that they're going to find the serial killer, possibly making the worst decision of their lives.
