Tang Shen managed to escape the fire, but came out with amnesia. after a year she snuck onto the cargo of a ship and went to NYC. As Splinter was running from the kraang, he didn't notice that he had dropped Mikey, tang Shen found him, and tang Shen, having mutated into a scorpion took in Mikey and raised him. she had read books on turtles and found out Mikey was a girl. she named her Magnolia with her nickname being Maggie. Tang Shen started going by Yang, and years later Mikey went trans masc. after Yang had adopted Mikey they returned back to Japan, Yang and Mikey joined the foot, Mikey being a soldier and Yang being a Medic.

So basically a young girl named Myrina is the youngest daughter of Hamoto Yoshi and a woman named Claire Sara Sakura who knew Yoshi since they were humans in Japan and had a daughter named Myrina. Myra (short for Myrina) was experimented on the kranng until she escaped and found her way into the sewers and she meet her father who she thought had passed away and four mutant turtle brothers and as time passes on they learn to be a happy family.
