Annalise is what anyone would call a woman desperate for the love and attention of a rich noble young man from a good family to sweep her off her feet.

But she keeps getting unlucky. She pursue them even though it was unlikely for a woman, a noble one at that to do so.

Her desperation lead her into running away with a man who does not like her at all. In his annoyance, he left her stranded in a strange town, lost and alone, and for Annalise to return home, she would have to become the tutor of Miss Katerina Rizzo; the daughter of the wealthiest man in that town.

Turns out the brat is the most annoying human being Annalise has ever had the misfortune to encounter. She just hopes she won't end up killing her own student before getting the chance to return to her home.
