Then Hot shot is diagnosed with Medulloblastoma a type of brain tumor that is brain cancer. Hot shot is brave and ready to fight his cancer head on with his stuffed Rhino Roxy who he got as a present. Hot shot makes friends with four other kids his age with the same type of cancer.
