A serial killer was sent to Hell after being executed in 1973. Not a bad place for a sinner like him. However, after staying at the Hazbin Hotel, he encounters the grumpy bartender. Something about him seems familiar as if he has met him before. He decides to spend time with him, bonding over their love for alcohol, gambling, and other sorts. A friendship that might grow into something more.
