Amasis is a Princess, and is taught just about everything. How to sit, every princess within a 200 mile radius, and even every city of her country.
So how could she now know what a man looks like?
Amasis has lived in her palace since the day she was born, and will one day rule her kingdom, composed entirely of women. Between the pressures of finding a wife and future queen to rule with her and trying to please her mother, she feels like the stress could consume her. Not to mention the Creation binding she'll be signing with a far-off prince of a man clan. She's heard of the barbaric ways they have, and the rumors terrify her. 
But as she begins her tentative relationship with a princess, will her heart stay there? And most importantly, will she stop asking questions before it's too late?
