When Dumbledore leaves Harry on the Dursley's doorstep he fails to notice the tabby cat with distinctive markings did not leave when he said to. Minerva cannot leave the child of her favourite students to be raised by the assholes of 4 privet drive and decides to grab the green eyed child and raise him herself in the halls of Hogwarts.
