Din Djarin's life changed in three instances. In the first, he was saved by a Creed and a people. In the second, he saved a child from cruelty and an Empire. In the third, someone latched onto this life of save or be saved and defied it all. 

He met her once and never wished to again. She was a healer he'd never seen heal, a creature of sight that saw far too much, and the most frustrating person he'd ever met. But she found him again. She forced her way into his life and there she stayed. 

Din Djarin didn't like not understanding things and he didn't like not understanding people. He would never understand her. But, maybe, one day, he would be okay with that. 

They just had to stay alive first.

[Star Wars] The Mandalorian Season Three Rewrite by Alphaeus_Sune

As a huge fan of the first two seasons of the Mandalorian, I found the more recent third season to be lackluster and disappointing for a few important reasons. While I like the focus on Mandalore, the story forgot to focus on Din Djarin and reunited him with Grogu in between seasons, which is both confusing for casual viewers and makes the season two finale null and void. Where the original season three felt directionless at times, this Din Djarin focused season will take place after both rewrites of the Book of Boba Fett and Ahsoka series, however it is not mandatory to read either to understand this season (first two season of Mando OG) The first chapter will take elements of the original BOBF's 'Mando episodes' as well as add a new element at the end, and as a reminder, these chapters will not be very 'fanfiction like' as I have kept as much of the original plot as I can the same while improving what I consider flaws and I give all credit to the original series for most if not all the ideas shown. Lastly, while I like seeing Mando and Grogu together, I think it's important to give characters arcs to grow on, so I hope you enjoy what I have in mind for a third season rewrite, and please share your thoughts as it comes together!

Din Djarin leaves Nevarro, still recovering from his injuries, he continues the quest to reunite the Child with his kind, and he starts by returning to Mandalore to learn more about how to find the Jedi. Back on Nevarro, Cara Dune stumbles upon evidence that not only is Gideon not dead, but the Tribe may have been captured and imprisoned by him. The Child's powers are increasing, as is his connection to the people he loves, but the danger only increases as Gideon knows the weaknesses of the civilization he oppressed for so many years... This is what I would like to see in series 2, but I can't wait until Fall 2020. Completed story, posting chapter by chapter as they are edited. Din Djarin must defend the child against dark Force wielders who would gladly take the little one off his hands. He will have to decide whether to trust some new allies, for the safety of the child. Note: This was written before season 2 of The Mandalorian came out. I wanted to throw together some characters from different Star Wars series and see how they'd interact. Turns out, a couple of them did end up meeting. In this story, they get to go on a whole adventure. They learn some things about each other and about themselves along the way, which is often painful, but could create bonds of trust if that's what they choose. Getting into these characters' heads and exploring the Force and the galaxy far far away have been an amazing ride. I finished this story on May the 4th, 2020. Then later, my friends urged me to polish it up and put it out there. So here it is for anyone who would enjoy it! It's not meant to replace anything that's going on in the show (which has been amazing so far, by the way). It's just an exploration and speculation on these characters and their universe. This is a fanfiction. The universe, most of the characters, and most of the locales belong to Star Wars. If you search a character or planet on Wookieepedia and it comes up with nothing, chances are I made them up (because I checked, too, before I gave them names). However, they were sometimes partly inspired by existing characters or planets in Star Wars. My use of the mando'a language was inspired by its use in Karen Traviss's Republic Commando novels (which I highly recommend if you want to learn some things about Mandalorian culture . . . And they're good stories.)

**FINAL sequel to Mandalorian Lost** Tara Viszla has one purpose in this galaxy. She only wishes she knew what it was. Once, it was to be the child that would ensure the Death Watch's rule over Mandalore. After that, she thought it was to fight for the Empire. And even after that, she knew it was to keep Grogu safe from the horrible regime she once served. But all of those things feel small compared to what's ahead. The Mythosaur has been seen, Din Djarin has been redeemed. Perhaps it's time to revive her Mandalorian self once and for all. Her people may depend on it.
