Itoshi Sister (R.Kurona)

Miko Itoshi is the youngest of the Itoshi family. Throughout her childhood, while her brothers got to play soccer, she was in a hospital clinging to hope the she'd survive. After some years, she's feeling much better and is ready to start living a normal life. During school she meets Ranze Kurona who becomes her best friend and teaches her how to live life to the fullest. All while she still can with a ticking time bomb hovering over her.
