New York, 2012; the Avengers just took down Loki, the God of Mischief himself. Thor - one of your closest friends among your fellow Avengers - offers to take you along with him and the captured Loki on that long-awaited visit to Asgard you've been talking about with him for ages.
But when you're allowed to watch Loki's trial as a witness on behalf of the Avengers, you find yourself suddenly bargaining with the King of Asgard to give Loki another chance; learn to be better - and fast - or rot in an Asgardian cell for the rest of his days.

"Loki, pleas-" My plea was cut shot as a burst of energy and the distinctive clang of metal on metal pushed me over into the god of mischief. We stumbled backwards until I laid on his chest and he grunted from the sudden impact. "Thor." I cursed under my breath. "Sorry..." I began lifting myself off of his body. I narrowed my gaze and quickly stood to rush into Thor's aid, ignoring his dejected expression. I was about to leap off the cliff side when I heard four words that had me frozen in my place unlike anything my powers could do.
