Everyone deserve a chance to live. That's what the Jedi believe. That's what Obi-Wan believes. So when Kaminoans started offering baby clones for adoption, Obi-Wan and Cody decided to take one. And not just a regular one. But a defective one because no matter the war is over, no one wants the defectives. Except for Obi-Wan and Cody, that's it.
Or, basically, five times when Obi-Wan's and Cody's adopted, traumatized child doesn't trust them and one time he does.
THIS STORY IS A PART OF A SERIE! I call the serie "They killed Palps and everything is fine" and I reccommend reading in following order:
1. Another chance
2. What the future holds
3. Chance to live
4. She fell first, he fell harder
5. Family
While the stories aren't dependend on the others, it might be a little more understandable if you read in that order.
It's tragical, I know, but I don't own Star Wars. The only thing I own is the plot and my OCs, everything else belongs to disney.
The newsies have grown up. It's 1914, a year after Kid Blink passed away. But Jack is not allowed to forget him so easily; he's given a letter signed by Kid Blink the day before he died, giving Jack vague instructions, and more confusion than anything else. There's one thing he does know, though: he needs help from the newsies.
And even when that mess is taken care of to the best of its ability, now they have something new to worry about: World War I.
