When a bubbly naturalist stumbles into her home, she's forced out of her mundane life and sets out on a journey with an unexpected new friend by her side. Together, they stumble across a run down village by the name of "Phoenix Drop".

They decide to settle down there, just for awhile while they stock up supplies, but find themselves in a pile of debt to the new lord of the village, forcing them to stay longer as planned. The plan is to leave as soon as their debt has been repaid, but that would prove more difficult than anticipated when two guards from the village catch their eye...
