In a vibrant group of friends, there was a girl named Adeline who was known for her nonchalant demeanor. She was the maternal figure of the group, always there to lend a supportive shoulder or a comforting word. Yet, unlike her friends, Adeline was the only one who didn't have a love life. She grew weary of the phrase 'Miss ko na sya' a sentiment often expressed by her friends about their significant others.

One day, Adeline found herself unexpectedly drawn to a boy she barely noticed before. He was a fellow student whom she would pass by during their school's flag ceremony.
