Both struggling with the depths of their mental health, newly neighbours Millie Fletcher and Theodore Everett navigate their often occurring time together. 

Millicent (Millie) Fletcher, the new girl in Cedar Bay, is trying to get around the death of her sister, abandonment of her parents and high school. It's not easy, especially since this particular hot-head has met her match. 

Theodore Everett, a born and raised Cedar Bay resident and most popular guy at Cedar Bay High School has been hiding a secret from everyone. A secret that the new girl happens to know. Though he hates her, they can't help but spend time together seeing as Millie's grandma, Cedar Bay's favorite old lady, keeps pushing them together.
