Before we begin the story, I want to make a few things clear:
While this is an "Eminence in Shadow" fanfiction, it's not going to be very lore-accurate. I liked the show and found it very entertaining. But I had a lot of ideas for things that I thought would be interesting. So here's some of, but not all, of the changes.
1) This isn't an isekai. While this will take place in the world that Cid reincarnated in, this will not be an isekai.
2) Characters will not be the same as in Canon, specifically Cid. Some characters will be mostly the same, like Delta. But others may be quite different, Cid especially.

That time my wife and daughter from another timeline got a second chance
In this story in another timeline, Rimuru Tempest found a way to save Shizue and things went well they got married and had a child. However, things did not have a happy ending he tries his best to protect them when the whole world is being destroyed and Rimuru and all the monsters try to save themselves with help from Elyun and Keval partly and some adventures to make a portal to another world/timeline. However, only two people could go in so Rimuru lets Shizue and his daughter go to new timelines where can live happily. However, it seems both mother and daughter landed in a timeline where Rimuru evolved into a demon lord trying to resurrect the dead of the monsters. Join both mother and daughter to enjoy their second chance but the one they call husband/Papa has become a demon lord in their new lives. Rimuru has a second chance with Shizue that he couldn't save in his timeline. Join them if they change the future and live peacefully and what new adventures await them. Ok, there are some fanfics out there where Rimuru saves Shizue and sends her daughter to a new timeline but, What if Shizue comes along with her and lands in Rimuru's evolution into a demon lord what happens then?Complete

The story of Aldorem
Hey this is the first time I wirite a first novel, and I hope you like it. I mainly do this to get better in englisch, so there might be some grammatical mistakes or sentences that don't make sense. The novel is about the mc and his adventures. The story will be slow-paced and will sometimes have huge time jumps. The world will be kind of magical but there won't be giantig, world-destroining magics/ monsters. At least not now (Maybe in the future). Enjoy the story and I would greatly appreciate feedback on what to do better. The novel won't be updated regulary because I also have many things to do all day instead of writing.
