Academy city a place we're the brightest of the brightest come to become espers and for some to have a better future. Misaka Mikoto the third rank level five in academy city and the Ace of Tokiwadai reserves a package from her mother with a note saying she found some things that belong to some distant relatives they lost in touch with while looking threw there attic so she thought she might enjoy them. When she opened it all there was were a few weird books, a small chunk of some mineral and a rock with some kind of red fluid on it and lastly a vile of mercury. With her roommate they read one of the books but what they didn't know is that action set off a war they would probably couldn't believe.

A large city in Japan that is comprised completely of research centers, colleges, high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools. 81 percent of it's population is comprised of students while 60 percent of students are super powered psychics created through Academy City's power development program called Espers. Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally.. In this story I'm aging the people of a certain scientific railgun by 1 year. But touma, index, motoharu, and other characters in toumas class are the same age as before. For plot reasons. Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy. Could it be love? I DO NOT OWN ANY PICTURES I USE IN THIS. I MAY MAKE A COLLOGUE OF PICTURES BUT I DO NOT OWN THEM. But Academy city isn't the only place that has espers. The European Union has created there own esper training facility. It may not have many students, or even many that have abilities over level 3, but they do have a few level 5 of there own. There first rank is truly exceptional. His name is (Y/n) (L/n).
