IN WHICH... Rowan Scott falls for the mayor's son, William Montgomery.

Rowan Scott's always felt like she's playing catch-up in Tree Hill-always living in the shadow of her family name. The legendary Scott legacy is hard to ignore, but Rowan's not sure she fits into it the way everyone expects. When William Montgomery, the mayor's son and her cousin's best friend, starts to get under her skin, things get... complicated.

William is charming, easy-going, and, frankly, a little too good at making Rowan second-guess everything. As their friendship turns into something more, Rowan has to figure out what she really wants: to follow the path laid out for her, or to carve out her own-away from the pressure of her family and the weight of Tree Hill's expectations.
