Springbrook, a not-so-small city,  which is a home to small confectionery shops and tall skyscrapers, secluded lanes and bustling streets, roadside beggars and corrupted rich people.

Insert Amaira Ganguly, a commoner of this city, who's an Indian born Bengali. She shifted to Springbook with her parents when she was 15 years old. As an outsider who's also a brown girl, she has had to face many challenges and discrimination, but has successfully secured her place as a part-time hacker in a local detective agency and a full time computer science and mathematics teacher in the local high school.

Everything about this city looks quite happy and normal from the outside....or is it?

With the rise of a new killer in the city, the entry of a new member in the detective agency and struggling with her own personal issues, can Amaira find out the truth of this city and about herself?
