Bloom Gilbert. The oldest and the most known child of the Gilbert family. She had no childhood though. At the mere age of five, she was introduced to the world of the supernaturals. Taught to hunt them to protect her siblings' childhoods, all while she lost hers.

So she gets called back to Mystic Falls when her parents die and gains custody of her siblings. With the help of her fairy friends, she circuits her life while trying to keep her siblings safe, and letting them enjoy their lives.

But obviously, that wasn't going to go according to plan.
