A few years ago, an incident happened in Quingquing City, Japan. A child that was recently born began to radiate light from itself. Later on, more of these incidents began popping up all over, people began to acquire superpowers that we now call quirks. However, due to these quirks appearing, the crime rate started to spike upwards as 'Villians' started using their quirks for evil. Thankfully, as the government attempted to place quirk-based laws, 'Heroes' began rising up to combat these Villians, to deliver swift justice. And just like them, I'll train to one day be able to stand side-by-side with them, ready to deliver the justice of the West...
*This is pretty much my first story that I ever wrote so if it gets a bit cheesy or cringy or a bit strange, then there's your reason. Also I'll try not to change the main story of My Hero Academia (the anime version), but I'll try to somewhat make it a little bit different.

Beliefs (Boku No Hero Academia x Male Reader Volume 1)
The world filled with super powers is no longer a fantasy, the most action however comes from Japan of course. We've seen plenty of flashy and powerful quirks, the name of the super powers in this world, we have top ranked heroes such as All Might with his immersible strength, Endeavor with his bright hot flames. Or, you could look at heroes you might not have heard of but are making big names for themselves already such as Mt. Lady with her sizeable quirk, or perhaps Kamui Woods with a body made from wood? There are plenty of examples when it comes to great heroes, however, the focus this year will definitely be on the new heroes in training inside U.A. Heroes of the Duel
In a world where quirks define heroes and villains, a rift opens, bringing Duel Monsters cards into the world of My Hero Academia. Students of U.A. High School, including Izuku Midoriya, Bakugo Katsuki, and Shoto Todoroki, are thrust into the world of dueling. Legendary duelists like Yugi Mutou, Seto Kaiba, and Joey Wheeler arrive, teaching the students not only how to duel but how to connect with the heart of the cards. Midoriya, eager to understand the full potential of his quirk One For All, begins to use Duel Monsters cards to channel his power and enhance his strategic thinking. With the help of Yugi, he learns that strength isn't just in raw power, but in strategy and heart. Meanwhile, Bakugo's prideful nature leads him into fierce rivalries, especially with Seto Kaiba, who tests his abilities with strategic duels. As the students grow in their understanding of both quirks and dueling, the League of Villains, led by Shigaraki Tomura, begins to manipulate the Duel Monsters cards, turning them into corrupted versions. Using his intelligence in finding people's weaknesses, building technology, experimenting, and leading. Izuku Midoriya would go on to become the Verdant Emperor while his Verdant Guards follow his will. They always told him he couldn't be a hero but no one ever told him he couldn't be an Emperor! This is how Izuku Midoriya overthrows the natural order of the world and takes control through his intelligence and the loyalty of his men.Complete

Taiyo, a 15-year-old boy with DID, finds himself thrust into Japan after multiple unfortunate events, living with his friend who he had started an online band with, now making it a reality. After some debate, he decides to get over some of his trauma and take the entrance exam to become a student at UA. (Pease don't sue me) Decades ago, a meteor crashed in a small village in Mexico, just as humanity started developing strange abilities called quirks. Sentient extraterrestrial creatures emerged from that meteor and began latching on a family that went to investigate. These creatures were developing symbiotic relationships with the family. They realized their true potential, it started with a drug cartel kidnapping a child. One member decided to try and stop them, they shot him but he got back up. He killed them easily, the family started making a militia called the Klyntar, named after the species name, to fight back against them knowing the police were not helping and heroes were not a thing. Things got worse as cartels now had quirks, but that made no difference. Eventually, they got recognized by the government and were made into a proper military force. Hero's gave a new example, making the Klyntar look like savages. The Klyntar stopped with normal crimes and went on to more extreme ones. They started fighting, pirates, poachers, human traffickers, terrorists, and even toppled dictators. However, things would soon change, when the symbiotes start sensing a dangerous presence coming to the planet, you're still in training and are being sent to a hero school in Japan as cover to stop people from panicking. Because God is coming.
