Dally's Kid Sister

Dally has a younger sister who is 13 years old, she lives with their parents in New York. She's been planning on going back to Tulsa with Dallas. She has to take a plane to OK, which is easy for her. She could easily sneak on a plane. However, there is one flaw in her plan, she can't get pulled over while driving to Tulsa, because she has no license. She runs into trouble when she gets halfway through to Tulsa. She wonders how life in Tulsa will be, little does she know, it won't be easy for her.
