The daughter of a royal assassin and a pirate spy, Victoria Dare has been captain of The Angel's Sin since she was fit to lead a crew on the salty seas. Pillaging and thieving her way across the Caribbean disguised as a man has left a hefty price on her head and a shiver down the spine of anyone who hears the name Pirate King. But Victoria's recklessness leads her right into the hands of the new Pirate King; a man named Edward Barton who's infamous and quick rise to piracy poses a very real threat to her own legendary legacy. In the entrapment of Barton, who plans to sell her to the Royal Navy for the price on her head, Victoria must wrestle with mutiny, pride, and a growing attachment to the Captain that's holding her hostage.
