Yukine is a sixteen year old boy who has known nothing but hurt all of his life. He has heterochromia, a deformity that makes ones eyes two different colors. Because of this, he has been picked on and severely bullied for as long as he can remember, which is why he is now shy and doesn't like to talk to people unless they share the same interests.
Nishiki is also sixteen, and chooses to spend most of his time with the only person on the planet that he likes. His time without her, however, is spent being forced into a wall and beaten up by the boy he fell in love with and dated during kindergarten and grade one. His so-called 'turned homophobic' bully has driven Nishiki down the road of self-harm and isolation.
In a school that is based around anime fandoms, will Yukine and Nishiki's similar tastes in not only anime but manga and music help in the long roads ahead, or will circumstances drive them apart forever?

Rin x Shiemi from Blue Exorcist: Within the campus of a school for exorcists-in-training, a meek girl who has never really been outside her home meets a broken but strong boy who thinks he killed his own family. But after she falls in love with him, he accidentally reveals what he really is; the son of Satan himself! Will she support him in his goal to beat the shit out of his biological father, or will she leave the only friend and only love she's ever had? So I know that some people reading this haven't watched the anime or read the manga (mainly some friends of mine) and so here's what basically happens without any spoilers: There are two realms in the world: Assiah and Gehenna. Rin and Yukio are biologically the twin sons of Satan, and born to a human mother who died after giving birth. Only one of the two twins was able to inherit the blue flames of Satan, which was Rin. The two kids were raised by an exorcist named Father Fujimoto, and when they were young kids Rin would always protect Yukio from bullies and such. Rin got into a lot of brawls and fights even after Yukio stopped needing his help. And during a fight, a demon disguised as a human at first tries to convince Rin to go to Gehenna. He escaped back to his home where they were getting ambushed by many demons. A sword, called the Kurikara (which I don't really include in the story) had confined all of Rin's demonic powers and Father Fujimoto convinces Rin to take it. But after Rin had said to Fujimoto (don't ever call yourself my father again!" or something like that, Satan possesses Fujimoto's body. Fujimoto ends up fighting Satan within his own body and kills himself to prevent Rin from getting hurt. What's it like to be different? What's it like to see the world differently? She's blind, well, almost blind, she sees completely blurry. You know when you see the colors of the world but everything is mixed up without being able to distinguish anything around you except very, very close up. A girl who became blind at the age of 10 due to an accident, who is now bullied by her family and classmates. She is a cheerful, studious girl, who forgives everyone even though everyone hates her for no reason. Her biggest bully, named Aiwa, who makes her life hell, has a boyfriend, the school jock Nishimura Riki called Riki. He is tall, handsome, charismatic and of course athletic. He never really paid attention to what Aiwa made this girl go through until he ended up in the same class as her and her girlfriend. He will see what she really is and starts to defend her. Then ends up falling in love. He starts going out after school, he shows her landscapes by describing everything perfectly, he writes her letters in Braille so that she can read them all the time.
