Adlin seemed like she had the perfect life. She had more money than she could count and to everyone she was Ms. Perfect. That is until you see what's inside. She passed through things no one would ever wish to. Then there's Chris Waltz, a key piece on Adlin's suffering without knowing it. He, too has the "perfect life" but will never show his suffering unless you get close enough. So what happens when Adlin decides to take revenge on Chris for an unknown matter to him? She also tries not to get into trouble during school, her life depends on it. Her mom left her and her dad is an alcoholic mess that abuses her. She works in a bookstore and as an library assistant to make money so she can take care of herself, 'cause her dad would waste all the money he makes on alcohol. Her life has no meaning, she has nothing, she's all alone and has no one to go to. But what happens when Chris wakes up hungover on Rhea's couch? Will their everyday life still be the same? Would their friendship continue to grow into something more?
