"Follow the story of a team, thrown together by fate, who must use their powers to stop the inevitable. The underground human organization "The Revengeance" wants revenge (obviously), and will do anything to protect earth, even if that means destroying every species in their way. The aliens are ready to destroy them all over again, if they find out the humans are no longer extinct. The fate of all sentient life hangs in the balance. Can they stop this slaughter? Or will they be killed themselves?" This is a story that I've been working on with my friend and we are both excited to finally publish, enjoy! The world had long since forgotten the age of dragons, those creatures that had once ruled the skies as gods had long since disappeared after the conclusion of the Great Demon Wars. Dragons became nothing more than a fading legend, a story to tell children at bedtime. But the gods could not let the dragons die, for they were the last defense against the demon armies and the dark god Vekkar. Talia had been born and raised in a world of darkness acting as an agent of Hephatus, goddess of assassins and death. She knew only a life of killing, sometimes for justice, sometimes for honor, always for money. Her morals were opaque at best. But when she's deployed to the city of Arboros she finds herself thrust into a world of political games, opposing powers, and constant threat. Nowhere was safe even for her. Her goals became muddied, and then lost altogether when she meets the Dwarven Prince. Bromyr had spent the last five years of his life chasing ghosts, desperate to find the lost dragon eggs. His people thought him crazy, his father stripped him of his titles, but he never gave up. Eventually his effort bore fruit and he hastily made way to return to his homeland only to get caught up in the city of Arboros. It was there that he met an intriguing half-giant, a woman who ignited a fire everywhere she went. In the end she was the one who inadvertently brought about the new age of dragons. Of Stones and Such
This is a living book of short stories that will grow over time. It may not all be in this first book of stories, but in follow-on tomes. These stories are all based in the universe of "Pearls of the Mother," the same universe from which the "Duncan and Lilly" stories live. Some of these stories may overlap, and some may be continuations of another, but they are all part of the same universe. I created these as part of my "World Building and Backstory" system, and I've come to love them just as much as the books. I hope you will, too. Every time a question came up while writing one story, I wrote another story to answer the question. I guess it really is true ... For in the greater realm of "Pearls of the Mother" ... each story is another Pearl, and each Pearl another story. :)Complete

"The world around her swam with mottled light. How long had she been fighting?" So...in sixth grade we took this computer-skills class. Our final test was to write a short story in Microsoft Word. My story ended up fleshing out into the trilogy I am working on and planning to publish at somepoint in my life, but I realized how incredible my writing skill has improved between just the two or three years. So, I decided to re-write the original sequence of a short story, same plot and characters, just with current skill. Comments and feedback are appreciated, please enjoy!Complete

Dragon Ranger Saga Of Alpha
Long ago, there was a world known as Ryugaeia. It was a peaceful world where dragons and humans lived in harmony. Dragons were the keepers of the elements and humans were keepers of the world. Time passed and the Dragons and humans formed an alliance. The Dragons could lend their powers to the humans and the chosen human of each dragon became one with the dragon, inheriting great strength and elemental powers. However there was one dragon Armageddon, a dark dragon who hated humans, jealous of their duty as rulers of Ryugaeia. Armageddon revolted and awakened an army of Dark Dragons, then joining forces with an equally evil human warlord, he terrorized Ryugaeia. When evil was at its peak, a new hope was created. It was the Dragonhaärt. All the good dragons combined their spirits and a Dragonheart was born. This heart could control all dragon powers put together and Armageddon was defeated and sealed. This was however at a terrible price. Dragons suffered extinction and the Dragonheart was lost forever. Prophets and seers prophesied the return of the Dragonheart and the final defeat of Armageddon. In time all this came to be known as "The Tragic Legend." As to when the Dragonheart would return, no one knew.Complete

When monsters reveal themselves to the human race a sixty year war brakes out between the humans and all the races of monsters. After the war humans were forced to move into the Americas. Leaving the rest of the world to all the different races of monsters. Now in the present day the humans live in poverty and have the monsters ruling over them but our main character, Anise is going to change the rules using seduction, power, talent, and other means to get what she needs to move up in the world. By becoming a prodigy she is transferred to an all monster high school/college and is the first human to ever attend the school. Hoping she can gain power and knowledge through her school and her peers, she will try her hardest, but will it be enough?
