Before the War.

This story is a prequel to Amidst the War. All events in this story are canon, but this story has its own plot and will not feature main characters such as Emersyn, Linen, or Ace.

Cole and Eve are both children of huge affluences. The catch? Their disdain for each-other, despite their parents being huge friends. Cole is a party-driven rich boy with no regard for anything but money and attraction, while Eve is an emotional poet without an outlet to put her work out. These opposites are the root of their lack of friendship, but all of that could change if they'd just give each-other a chance.
