Two years after their first meeting and the subsequent bullying that followed, Shoko Nishimiya and Shoya Ishida are now middle schoolers, living two very separate, although surprisingly similar lives.
Shoko now spends her Middle school years secretly wishing for a better life. But her past has convinced her she's only an element of destruction. However, she finds a miraculous that gives her the power to use her painful feelings to destroy what is evil and protect the good. Finally, the untold potential of the world is unmasked to her...And all it took was wearing one!
