Chen Li Wang, was a Chinese boy who was taught to strike for the top. When his brother "dies" and his father gets the death sentence, Chen is enrolled in a school for people who have inherited powers from their parents that runs in their blood vessels called bloodflows. But Chen doesn't have one so he is called an "Outcast". Will Chen prove his dad wrong and make friends? Or will he die trying?
