27 Year Old Natalie opens a bakery in the southside of Chicago.
Life was great until a group kept terrorizing her shop and taking all her earnings.
Her friend lets her know that she can hire some protection for a fair price.
She goes and makes a deal.
It gets broken into again and she's unable to pay her protection.
She's left beaten and bruised from the protection and when the son of the boss "Leonardo" Snow comes to see why, he realizes his associates mistakes and makes it his personal mission to handle everything.
He slowly falls in love with her but stays away spewing hate to keep her safe.
But Natalie doesn't want to be safe. She wants Leonardo. And she will break her own morals to show him she means business.

Will they break down her wall and see that broken teenager inside or will her years of abuse keep her isolated from her refound family. If that wasn't enough drama for her 'new life', out of nowhere she finds out there is someone watching her. She found them but he found her TW: mentions of abuse, rape, strong language. This is my first story so please be mindful and I also suck at descriptions but I would appreciate anyone who reads xx.

Young new mafia boss, Luciano Moretti, murdered a man that own him money. Alexis couldn't believe her eyes and it was just her luck, that the big bad mafia man saw her and took her with him. WARNING: This has been written by a much younger self in about a month for Camp Nanowrimo, so it is still full of grammar errors and awkward sentences. I haven't gotten around to actually editing it and i probably never will... so ignore the "reviewed and edited" chapters, because they do not really exist.
