They'd been her best friends since she was in high school. The four guys had been there for her through thick and thin. Even after they made a band that became incredibly successful, even though she rarely saw them, her mindset never faltered. They were her best friends and they always would be.

Skylar Jones, best friends with Gerard and Mikey Way, Ray Toro and Frank Iero. The four guys who just so happened to make up the band My Chemical Romance.

December 22, 2012. After three years of minimal contact with them, they manage to meet up in the city of Los Angeles, making up lost time and being their crazy, usual selves. But little did they know that that night would change their lives forever.

Several years later, a corporation known as Better Living Industries rises from the ashes and promises of a safe haven in Battery City. Thousands of survivors from around the state gather there in hope of a better tomorrow. But BLI has dark intentions and a group of rebels known as the Killjoys rise, led by a group known as the Fabulous Five: Party Poison, Star Blaze, Fun Ghoul, Jet Star and Kobra Kid.

Join them as the five best friends fight for love, friendship, freedom, and justice. They fight for those they've lost, and the ones still living. Every day, they put their lives on the line in hopes for a better future, one without BLI.
