Rita decides to leave her leave her family and finally settle at one place. At 19 she decides to move alone to New York to study in the university of her dreams chemistry but she can't afford to live by herself. She decides to look online for a roommate and she finally founds one. 

Christian already had a roommate but he decided to leave so Christian puts up an ad online for anyone can see. When Rita stumbles upon the ad and messages him he doesn't put much thought into it because he needs the money. 

They dislike each other immediately and they just put up with each other. Christian's cold demeanor and Rita's straightforwardness collide but later they realize that they actually can't escape each other. 

One mistake and she is gone.
