Life In Colour

For 70 years, after the great War of Equality, science has come a long way. To the point where they genetically modify people. In order to make everyone equal, they got rid of colour. People no longer see in colour. Everything is dull, black and white only. The citizens must follow a strict set of rules.
1. No music.
2. No books.
3. No T.V./Movies
4. Always work, and do your part.
5. Don't ask questions.
6. Do not go out of city borders.
7. No Outsiders allowed.
8. No interactions between Outsiders. Must contact police.
9. Not allowed out past curfew.
Laura Johns and her brother have always been different. No one wanted anything to do with them. Their parents abandoned them at a very young age. For years, they've been in and out of orphanages, and running from the Guard. They've learned to survive with each other. On May 23rd, 2085, the town of Fieldsprings holds a public execution of beloved ex-celebrity Taylor Shall for attracting attention wherever he goes, Laura realizes what's wrong with her society. She tries to stand up, changing things. But when it doesn't go to plan, they have a warrant out for the Johns siblings arrest.
