I do not own any images as well. Note: I attempted to edit this a while back and never really finished doing that. The first couple chapters were edited, and notes at the bottom will tell you what was changed, so if something doesn't exactly line up later that's why. Sorry for that, but I am kind of done with this series and don't really have the will to polish it, so to speak.

The story is set two years after our protagonists ran away from the crumbling building. Borderline depressed, empty, and disconnected, Valen ceased all forms of battling due to a newfound fear for violence and took up a corporate job. Unfortunately, that was not all she stood to lose as a mysterious power affected the Pokemon Centres and Pokeballs to enforce permadeaths. It is as it was foretold: the curtains will not close until a hero is no more. A bit of a warning, it's meant to be a rather absurd, edgy story of how bad things just happen, people are just doing whatever, and how people are pushed to be "saviours", but some may also find it sort of depressing. I've been told that I describe my thoughts in an uncomfortably visceral way which I never realised. So, if you feel sick, please stop reading right away. Disclaimer: I do not own any of the Pokemon appearing in the story nor the items (Pokeball, Potions, gym badges, etc.) or moveset and some location (Sunnyshore City) as they belong to Gamefreak and Nintendo. However, all of the characters are mine, with inclusion of an invention (The Flying Flower) and a new territory where the story is set.

There was no way she was going to let her big brother down by giving up, so she retrys again... only to end up becoming partners with the one named Nate, who is a serious police officer, movie star, and trainer... how did she get stuck with someone like him!?

As it is based off of a now-deleted, fan-made Pokemon game, the appeal will be very specific. Primarily, I posted this story here for laughs, and to see how I've improved since then. This story DID receive a lot of praise while it was in the works, however, looking back on it... I think it kinda sucked, to be blunt. This is rated mature, however there won't be any lemons here but perhaps other some mature topics might get put in here. This will be my first ever attempt at writing so please forgive me and please leave your criticism. if this goes well I might actually write something else.
