Regulus Black is struggling. Sirius had run away and he's alone. Sirius could no longer comfort him when he had one of his meltdowns, couldn't hold him as he fought for peace, he was gone. and maybe Regulus was going too.

Regulus is having a hard time without Sirius. He is no longer eating and it's getting worrying, his 'moods' are getting worse and he doesn't think he's going to make it much longer. Follow as his friends desperately try to save the boy who won't save himself.
