A poem that is a story about a science fiction world where the nation called the  Pacific United Republic States has a wall of drones flying above their borders forcing people to not migrate to their land. But then the flying drones start to monitor everyone and shoots people who have transgressed. Innocent people are accidentally shot. Then a tyrant takes over and uses AI to control everyone.
