One weekend Skylar's group of friends plan a Friday night camping trip, but Melissa (a close friend) is hesitant to go. Finally, after some nagging, she eventually convinces Melissa to come along. The night was full of laughs next to a calming fire, but almost instantly it came to an end.
 
Skylar could never have anticipated how drastically her world would change the morning after a camping trip. 

A year and a half later she continues to the next stage of her new life.
