This happened way before Lucifer became a fallen angel and the King of Hell. Let's go far back to the day he met an angel that took his breath away, the moment their eyes locked on each other. That female angel knew of him, but he did not know about her. She watched him from afar, too nervous and shy to say 'hi'. When she was born she didn't have one pair of wings or four, nope -- she got two pairs of wings which is rare for heaven-borns. They are always born with one pair of wings, and they get their wings depending on their job or rank. Melody is a shy timid angel, but full of sunshine and rainbows.
