Izuku Midoriya was on the verge of death. His fight with All For One, reborn through Tenko's body, had wreaked hell upon his own body. He was barely capable of moving, having given up all the other quirks within One For All for a chance at saving Tenko, but it was for naught.
His body emaciated, he gave one final attack in a vain attempt to defeat the centuries-old villain, releasing all of the energy within One For All at once. The world was saved, and All For One was defeated, but Izuku also disappeared. The battle between One For All and All For One had concluded, and there was no victor.
The next thing Izuku knew, he was lying on an unfamiliar bed, in an unfamiliar world. A world where everyone had powers - not just eighty percent - but their drawbacks outweighed them tenfold. A world where heroes and villains even more powerful than he had come to know existed.
Izuku was alone, with only Yoichi to guide him through the Old-Era comic series of 'Drawback'.
