Sandmen are people who give away the ability to have dreams; therefore they can no longer sleep. These people are few and far apart.
Sandmen deal with the creation and making of dreams, they are used by some people as a means of pleasure and by others to subconsciously manipulate others into sub-coming to their own twisted desires.
