Po konci prvej svetovej vojny, bola druhá nemecká ríša (Reichtangle) krajinami dohody uvrhnutá do väzenia a na svete bol nastolený mier. Po desaťročiach strávených v zajatí sa mu však podarí sa oslobodiť a nastáva problém. Krajiny dohody budú musieť spojiť svoje sili s dnešnými krajinami a spolu s OSN a mnohými jeho krajinami sa pokúsia vrátiť Nemecké Impérium tam kam patrí. Aby bol však schopný sa vrátiť, musí najskôr načerpať späť svoju silu a znovu sa postaviť dohode. A však tento krát nebude mať pri sebe nikoho kto by mu kryl chrbát alebo mu pomohol.
