An elite group of modern day assassins, better known as "The Hoods" take on missions given to the highest bidding person or group. They are known for taking on many military grade assassinations for the U.S. military, Many Russian militia groups, and even some terrorist organizations.
The three have been trained and equipped with the best gear available such as light manipulating cloaking devices, steel support driven exoskeletons, PPSS bullet resistant armor, and the best light-weight high capacity weaponry there is.
