On the 14th of April, 1907, in the bustling city of Miacaster, fate brings together two people. One of them is a thief, who due to an unseen series of events, ends up getting caught red-handed burglarizing an apartment. The second one is a local magician, who happened to be hosting a show nearby. 
After getting injured as a result of a daring escape, the thief crosses paths with the strange magician, who sees this as a brilliant opportunity and offers to help. Will the thief accept the stranger's help? What exactly is the magician planning? All will be revealed in time.
