The government has a secret. Only a handful of people in the government knows of it, including the president. The secret is a secret bureau hidden in the mountains: it's called the Bureau of Paranormal Activity. It's a secret police that patrols what they call "paranormals", but what we would call "monsters". It is your decision to believe if this bureau is real or not, but let this be a simple thought: that strange neighbor that comes out only at night, is he a paranormal? Or that weird girl at school, maybe she's not human.
Be mindful, be careful, and be aware of your surroundings. And if you think you are a paranormal, be aware that the bureau is always watching you.
