but during the aftermath of the Cold War a new organization founded itself as their name was know As P.R.I.M.E as there mission was the harness the power of all Titans and that include Godzilla so that was their first time to harness the power but they couldn't harness from a living creature so they took G cells from the UN including the cells of many other Titans that they harness over the years as their subjects were using young children and turned them into hybrids that were able to shapeshift at will but some of them escaped from the lab.
