It is the year of 2099, and a lot has changed for the pass 100 years. Around 100 years ago, back in the year of 2000, a newborn baby was born with a godly light, shocking the parents and everyone around them. Many years passed as this became very normal as more and more babies are born with some sort of superpower, now known as Supernatural Abilities. With each generation, new, stronger, and better powers continued to evolve as many years passed by. However, there are many people who aren't born with supernatural abilities and are called cripples. Around 20% of the population are born powerless and most of the powerless are bullied or treated as a joke. Society isn't fair to those who are powerless. As many years passed by, both heroes and villians are suddenly brought into to society, to either fight for justice or destruction, but super-powered people aren't the ones brought into the new world as something far more dangerous and deadly has risen in this world. These dangerous and deadly monsters are known as Danger Beasts, having been discovered over 50 years ago. These abominations are only known for chaos and destruction, and tends to slowly evolve as well as years goes by. Heroes will rise up to defend their home and loved ones from villians and danger beasts, but a young girl will soon rise to the top. Meet the main protagonist of this story, Kiyomi Tari Bluejay, a lazy 16 year old girl enjoying her peaceful life. When she was very young, Kiyomi got into an accident, having damaged her arms badly and needed to be cybernetic enhanced. She was also bullied for being powerless, but now discovered she was a late bloomer when she got her powers at the age of 14. As Kiyomi graduated junior high, she suddenly got a letter from the most popular school called; All-Star Academy, where many heroes goes too. This is the start of Kiyomi's new adventure to the path of heroism.
