...The Nightmare critters, a DISCONTINUED opposite version from the Smilingcritters, but instead they were sent down and replaced with frowning critters since they were deemed too 'scary'. Nightmarecritters were soon forgotten from the public, living under the Smiling critters home in the rubble of their own town. Baba would still go up to watch the critters sometimes, missing her old friend Dogday. And Catnap, who had the green light to hangout and be apart of the Smilingcritters instead of the Nightmare ones. Soon though, Baba gets an unhealthy love/hate obsession, and begins going on a VIOLENT emotional and physical rollercoaster. But as Baba starts to bring back Dogday's memories of the past, everyone soon remembers the fake world they're stuck in....

In the big city of TFCH (The Foot of Critteriffic Heights) one cat critter in specific has been living day by day, trying to stay happy in his current household. He would constantly stay up at night, and sleep during the day to avoid any form of interactions with his parents. Why? Because they're always peckering on him to change. Despite what he tries, for whatever reason, they're too persistent. They don't let him hang around the people he want to hang around, they're always telling him to be someone he isn't, trying to change his appearance, you name 'em: They're trying to control every aspect of his life. Sometimes they'd even take drastic measures to make sure it's done. Whether it harms or not. For 13 years he has been ignored, yelled at, sometimes even beaten for being the one HE wants to be. It only takes so long for one's sanity to fade though. After an incident with one of his few best friends, he's had enough... He decided to execute a plan he had made years before. Flee... Far... Far away... past Critteriffic Heights Perhaps he could finally find someone who cares and accepts. Maybe even something he was inches away from getting right before he left. Maybe now he can be him. Somewhere else, a dog critter was walking back into his house after a long day of playing around with his friends. When he got inside, he started making his way to the bedroom to rest for the night. But in the corner of his eye, he sensed movement. He tensed up as he decided to investigate it from the window. And there he saw it...
