After finding temporary safety in a remote motel, they face new threats, including betrayal from within their own group. Forced to flee, they embark on a perilous journey north in search of the rumored safe haven, New Eden.
Encountering cannibals, raiders, and other desperate survivors, the group must rely on each other to survive. Along the way, they meet new allies and face personal sacrifices, all while battling the relentless undead. In a world where every decision could mean life or death, will they reach sanctuary, or will their bonds shatter under the weight of their trials? "Population" is a gripping tale of survival, trust, and the relentless quest for hope.

Will they survive the horrors of the apocalypse or die before they can make an impact?

But during a zombie apocalypse, when you get desperate, you're desperate. When you're out of options, you need to do what you need to do to survive every day. Sometimes, it might not always be ideal. But when push comes to shove, when you're barely alive and should be dead, the people who you don't know may just save you. Surviving without enemies is hard enough. But when the past comes back to haunt and enemies come to fight, the apocalypse may just become almost impossible to survive. Brains and brawn may not be enough. It takes heart to make it day to day. They knew it would be hard. They didn't know it would be next to impossible to survive. This is a story my friend and I wrote together. It took us about a year to complete.
