wherein fourth is only son of the boss of the mafia gang .but fourth's father can't accept that he's only son is an omega he want fourth to be alpha so he hired the top doctors to make a subtance that can hides fourth scent and replace it in alpha scent/permones .
Fourth grown up to be a selfish and perfectionist person beacause of he want to make he's father proud of him.

Fourth is a big bully in his school because he's father is the owner of the school but gemini a poor guy he was an orphan he didn't knew where of who's her parent was he grow up in the orphanage and when the time he leaves the orphanage he work many part-time job so he can afford to live alone.
Gemini was a scholar in the school and gemini was really smart so fourth was so angry that gemini was better than him so he make gemini miserable in school with he's minions.

But what's happened if gemini found out that fourth was really an omega
