Hua Cheng is reluctant when Xie Lian has to leave for two weeks. It's a mission to capture this demon, the god claims, that's been tormenting villages in the East for a while now. Hua Cheng is disappointed that he cannot follow, but knows he must let His Highness go.
But when Xie Lian returns two days later, something is wrong. He's cold, and cruel towards Hua Cheng- some might even say abusive. The Ghost King is hurt, confused. He asks himself what he did wrong. Why Xie Lian is acting like this. Their relationship starts to teeter over the edge. Is there anything he can do for fix it?
